  • Pizza, Prosecco & Pints Party:
    Smart/Casual

    Casual elegance is the vibe! Think stylish but comfortable. Sundresses, jumpsuits, and smart-casual outfits are great for the occasion. For men, button-down shirts/polos, chinos, shorts or jeans work perfectly. We plan to enjoy pizza on the terrace outside.

    Ceremony & Reception:
    Black Tie

    Get ready to dress to the nines – For men, this means a classic dinner suit with a bow tie. For women, elegant gowns are the norm however, a chic cocktail dress or dressy jumpsuit will be perfect. Think timeless, sophisticated, and glamorous!

    We plan for the ceremony and reception to take place outside.

    Pool Party & BBQ

    It’s time to relax and have fun!

    Think casual, comfortable, and ready for a splash. Swimming costumes, cover-ups, sundresses, shorts, and T-shirts are perfect for the occasion. Don’t forget your flip-flops, sunglasses, and suncream!

    If you plan to swim, bring a towel—and if lounging is more your style, feel free to stick with breezy summer wear. Pool towels are available to rent from the venue for 6 Euros.

  • We love your little ones, but we plan for the weekend to be an adults-only celebration as much as possible. We are keeping the children on site to babies under 9 months old.

    For those bringing wonderful parents/babysitters with them, please get in touch we can help point you in the right direction for additional accommodation if required.

  • Your invitation will specify if you have a plus-one. If you’re unsure, please reach out to us to confirm.

  • We recommend arriving on Thursday 18th September in the morning/afternoon to allow time to check in before the celebrations start at 7pm.

  • Hotel check out is 10am on Sunday 21st however, we will be staying until Monday so you are welcome to leave at any point on Sunday. There will be no events this day, only breakfast which is included and served before 10am. If you would like to stay a day (or a few) longer please contact Annarita (our wedding co-ordinator) directly on info@mesanello.com and we will try and ensure you remain in the same room as you are allocated for the weekend.

  • Free on-site parking is available.

  • Transportation will not be provided, so please plan your own travel arrangements.

    However, we will be keeping track of everyone’s flights and hope to put on transfers for those flights from Manchester and London on Thursday and Sunday which include the majority of our guests. Please keep us posted on your plans and we will confirm travel arrangements by July 31st 2025.

  • Weather permitting, we plan on all events over the weekend being outdoors. There is no shade for the ceremony so you may want to bring a light jacket or suncream depending on the weather.

    There are many beautiful shaded areas across the farm for the rest of the celebrations. As all rooms are on site, you will never be too far from your extra layers or emergency sun cream.

  • In September, Tuscany's average daily maximum temperature is 25°C and the average daily minimum is 16°C. Sunrise is 7.15am and Sunset is 19.45pm. However, the weather can be unpredictable even in Italy so we recommend you check the forecast closer to the date.

  • Please let us know of any allergies or dietary requirements on the RSVP page and we will pass these onto the catering team at the venue.

  • We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment with us. Don’t worry—our photographer will capture it all, and we can’t wait to share those memories with you afterward!

  • All events are happening at Tenuta di Mesanello.

  • All breakfasts are included. Food and drink will be provided during all events and the bar and restaurant will be open and available for any additional snacks or drinks you may desire.
